Hi Everyone!
We are getting so close to September 9th and our ten year reunion!
I hope you are looking forward to seeing everyone as much as I am.
I have gotten a great amount of RSVP’s for the event,
but what I haven’t received is enough money yet!
I estimate between 100 and 150 people attending, which will be awesome!
Now I just need all those people to send me
their checks!
My husband and I (he is so good to do this for
me!) owe the Kirkley hotel and the DJ $4800.00. There was no fund
or account that was set up for the event when we graduated.
So,
here’s the deal: If you are planning on attending and were going
to wait to pay at the door, please go ahead and either mail me your
check or drop it off at Brookville Middle School with Beckie Clark.
I am going to extend the deadline until August 31st for the ticket
prices of $50.00 per single and $75.00 per couple.
I have to pay the Kirkley Hotel
on September 1st.
For those people who absolutely need to pay at the door, please let me
know, and then I will try to cover you until then. I know everyone
is excited for the reunion, and so am I! I have done so much
planning for this thing that I would hate for it not to go off as
planned. Please let me know if you have any questions. I
can’t wait to see everyone!

Hello Class of 96!
Are you ready for this fun-filled, crazy party?!
We are so excited about our plans for celebrating our ten year high
school reunion! We hope you are looking forward to a fun evening of
dancing, good food, and sharing old memories. Ladies, grab your cutest
dress and guys, a coat and tie! In the following information, you can
find everything you need to reserve your tickets. Please mail the below
reservation form with your check by August 15th. It is imperative we
give the Kirkley Hotel an accurate head count at that time.
Class of ‘96 Reunion will be held at the Kirkley
Hotel (semi-formal attire)
Saturday, September 9, 2006
6:00pm to 2:00am. Dinner starts at 7:00 pm
We will have an awesome DJ, a cash bar and other surprises!
Ticket prices are: $50 for a single and $75 for
couples
If you fail to meet the August 15th
deadline, ticket prices will increase.

You will receive your tickets within seven days after we receive your
check.
For the locals, you may also visit Beckie Clark at Brookville Middle
School (front office) 7:30am to 2:30pm.
You can drop off your reservation form and check and pick up your
tickets at that time.
Tickets will also be available at the door.
Prices are: $60 per single and $85 for couples.
If you do plan to buy at the door, please read the next section.
We want to make sure this reunion goes off without a hitch! So
please RSVP yes or no via email to
bhsclass96@hotmail.net to ensure the hotel can accommodate
everyone.
Since I am no longer in Lynchburg, if anyone would like to organize a
get-together, I am sure ther would be an interest in enjoying extra time
with old friends. Some ideas could be a picnic, softball game or an
adult night out for Friday night or Saturday afternoon.
