Upcoming Activities:

Due to scheduling conflicts, Monster Mash has been changed to Fall Fest on Tuesday, November 18.
Cost is still $2 and at least 1 canned good (feel free to bring more!) but the games will be different.
Come check it out from 7:00 pm til 9:00 pm!
 

Attention anyone interested in going to Mexico this Summer:

We are still planning a trip to Mexico in June 2009. Our estimated date range for this trip is June 22-July 4, 2009, although the trip itself will only be 9 days. We will find out the exact departure date as the trip gets closer. The reason for this is because EF Tours will match us up with other schools across the country and from Canada and we have to be a little flexible in our dates.

Please go to www.eftours.com and type in Tour # 504735 for more information and a detailed itinerary. Notice that the flight will now be leaving from Raleigh, NC, to shave a leg off our flight as well as about $200 off the Program Fee. The trip total for students (not including optional Trip Insurance) is $1730 and for adults is $2020.

Please note this includes flight to and from Raleigh, hotels, transportation costs once in Mexico to travel from city to city, breakfast, and dinner. The only extra money you and/or your child will have to bring is spending money for any souvenirs, lunch, and tips.

You may still sign up through October 31, 2008 and receive the locked in rates shown above. After that, the rates may change as gas prices are increasing all the time. You will be charged a late fee for signing
up on or after March 15, 2009. I encourage you to sign up as soon as
possible if you are sure that you want to go.

Fund Raiser Announcement

The first fund raising program for the Mexico trip in June 2009 is to buy gift cards through the SCRIP program and "Profit to" Spanish Club.  The higher the Profit % each business is offering, the more money will go towards our trip expenses. Future fund raising events will be coming - so keep your eyes out!  You can either print out an order form from the website or pick one up in the main office at the school. Thanks for your support !!
