Good Labor Day morning, Brookville Classes
of the '70's!
I know many of you are tired of hearing from us but we need to make a
decision soon! We need to have 75 paying attendees in order to break
even for the reunion. So far we only have 11!!! The cost covers the
rental of the venue, set up/clean up, the DJ, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and
tables/chairs/tablecloths. This will allow the members of the reunion
committee to have a good time too and not have to work too hard!
If you are planning to come to the reunion, please send your
registration along with your money ASAP. If we don't get the number we
need, we will refund your money. Also please remember that the venue we
have chosen does not allow people to pay at the door.
Hope you will make your decision soon and if you are planning to attend,
let us hear from you!

Brookville High School Class of '75 40th Reunion
(Along with the classes of '74 and '75, or any other '70's Brookville
graduate!)
Friday, October 16; 5:00-7:00 PM:
- Pregame gathering in the Brookville High School Cafeteria; 7:00 PM
- Attend BHS Football Game (They are playing E.C. Glass for Homecoming!)
- 9:00 PM - Charley's after the game. Pay for your own drinks, snacks,
etc.
Saturday, October 17th; 6;30-11:00 PM:
- Terrace View in the Bank of the James Building,
downtown Lynchburg. Nice views of the city of Lynchburg! Catered food
stations, DJ with '70s music, and cash bar. Cost for Saturday night is
$60 per person (includes rental of facility, heavy hors d'euvres, DJ,
set-up and clean-up.)
Only prepaid reservations! You will not be able to
pay at the door!!!
Payment and registrations are due Friday,
September 23rd!
