Friday - 9/17/04

- BHS vs Appomattox - Stinger Stadium - 7:30
- Rubs - 9:00 (whether the football game happens or not)

Saturday 9/18/04

- Picnic from 11:00am - 2:00pm (rain or shine). The picnic will be held on Ginger Lovell's farm (click here for directions, which were  included in registration form).

- Class of '94 Reunion at the Radisson (semi-formal) - 6:00 pm - 2:00 am. Dinner will begin at 7:00 pm.

Please bring any "Class of '94" pictures or other memorabilia if you have it.

Tickets will be available at the door for anyone who can make it last minute. The cost at the door is $60 per person & $85 per couple.

Dear B.H.S. Alumni, 

Hello class of 94’!  Who can believe that we are approaching ten years from our original graduation date?  Plans for our reunion are in place and we want you to be there to help us celebrate and catch up!  The following pages should cover most of the questions that you may have and also let you know how to reserve your place.  Please have all responses in with your initial deposit no later than June 30, 2004.  If you have any questions you can contact anyone of us by the email addresses listed below.  Also, feel free to give feedback on what we can do to make this event more memorable.  We hope that you and your family will make plans to be a part of this exciting weekend!

The date:  September 17^th and 18^th 2004 

Current agenda for the weekend:

 - Friday night we will attend a home football game admission is $5 and we will have a section specifically for 94’ alumni.  We will convene afterwards at RUBS, a local restaurant, for food and drinks.

- Saturday from 11a.m.-2p.m. we will meet at Ginger Price Lovell’s family farm and offer a more relaxed family atmosphere where people can bring their children and spend an afternoon meeting everyone’s families.  Please bring a picnic lunch to feed your family, chairs or a blanket and any games or toys that your kids might want to play with.  Drinks and all necessary paper products will be provided.  Directions:  460W towards Bedford.  Go approx. 3 miles past the Sheetz at New London and turn right onto Goode Road (Rt. 668).  Go 1 ½ miles and turn left onto Heathwood Drive.  It is the 3rd house on the right.

- Saturday night will be semi-formal night of dinner and dancing at The Radisson Hotel on Candlers Mountain Rd.  Ladies break out your cocktail dresses and guys black tie is not necessary just a coat and tie or suit.  Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. with dinner at 7:00 p.m.  Following will be a presentation of awards for people who have made the most of their 10 years away from B.H.S.,  a showing of our class video from 1994 and a slide show of pictures from your high school photo album.

Last call will be at 2:00 a.m.
 
What we need from you:
- The cost for the weekend will be $50 per single ticket and $75 for couples. The tickets are non-refundable!

-  Please return the attached correspondence by June 30, 2004 along with a $25 deposit to reserve your spot for Saturday evening.  You may pay all of the cost in full at this time however, final payments will not be due until August 15th.  Please make checks payable to Stephanie Carey McBride and write 1994 reunion in the memo field.  The address to send your response to is 1278 Wills Way  Forest, VA. 24551.
 
- Also, if you have any pictures of your memories with friends that you  would like included in the slide show for Saturday night we would really appreciate them.  Please write your name on the back so we can return them to you that weekend. 
 
*Special rates on rooms at the Radisson may be available depending on how many people need rooms for the weekend.
